1. Site Preparation
• Excavate and level the designated areas according to approved drawings.
• Install formwork and ensure proper alignment and dimensions.
• Place blinding concrete where required to provide a clean working surface.
2. Reinforcement Installation
• Supply and fix reinforcement steel bars as per structural design.
• Ensure proper spacing, cover, and secure tying of rebars to maintain integrity during pouring.
3. Concrete Pouring
• Use approved concrete mix design with specified grade and slump.
• Pour concrete into formwork using appropriate methods to avoid segregation.
• Apply vibration for compaction and eliminate air voids.
• Approach with both pre-cast and cast-in-situ, according to the site conditions and concrete support dimensions.
4. Curing and Finishing
• Maintain curing for the specified duration to achieve the required strength.
• Remove formwork after concrete has gained sufficient strength.
• Apply surface finishing and protective coatings.
5. Quality Control
• Conduct slump tests, cube tests, and other quality checks as per standards.
• Verify dimensions, alignment, and elevation of supports before handover.
