2. Training & Awareness
o Train staff on quality standards and best practices.

3. Audit & Compliance
o Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to QMS.
o Monitor subcontractors and suppliers for compliance.
4. Documentation Control
o Maintain quality manuals, inspection plans, and records.
