• Ensure safety compliance and smooth coordination among all stakeholders.

Key Functions

1. Site Supervision & Execution

• Oversee daily construction activities.

• Ensure work follows approved drawings and specifications.

• Monitor subcontractor performance (if required).

2. Scheduling & Progress Control

• Implement the project schedule on-site.

• Track progress against milestones and report delays.

• Coordinate with planning and project management teams.

3. Resource Management

• Allocate manpower, equipment, and materials effectively.

• Manage site logistics (storage, delivery, handling).

4. Quality & Safety Compliance

• Enforce QA/QC standards during execution.

• Ensure adherence to HSE policies and procedures.

5. Coordination

• Liaise with Engineering & Design for technical clarifications.

• Communicate with Procurement for timely material delivery.

• Interface with clients and consultants for inspections and approvals.

6. Problem-Solving

• Resolve on-site issues quickly to avoid delays.

• Implement corrective actions for design or execution challenges.

7. Reporting

• Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports.

• Document site activities, delays, and resource usage.
