1. Survey and Preparation
o Conduct site survey and route alignment for pipelines.
o Clear and grade the right-of-way for pipeline installation.
2. Civil and Mechanical Works
o Construct pipe supports, anchor blocks, and protective crossings.
o Install above-ground and buried sections according to safety and operational standards.
3. Pipeline Installation
o Supply and install the pipes for oil flow lines and water injection lines as per design specifications.
o Perform welding, non-destructive testing (NDT), and coating for corrosion protection.
o Install isolation valves, fittings, and flanges at designated points.
4. Integration and Tie-in
o Connect new lines to existing manifolds, injection headers, and wellheads.
o Ensure proper alignment and pressure testing before commissioning.
5. Testing and Commissioning
o Conduct hydrostatic testing for water injection lines and oil flow lines.
o Flush and clean pipelines before start-up.
o Commission the system and hand it over for operational use.
6. Safety and Environmental Compliance
o Implement all HSE measures during construction.
